Job Description - VP of Mobile Engineering (Web3/CEFI)

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Mobile Engineering to support our Web3 initiatives OR CEFI. This role will be instrumental in driving mobile development, fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to architectural and strategic decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, mentor, and support the mobile team to achieve project milestones.

Provide hands-on technical guidance in mobile development and architectural design.

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers (PMs), Product Designers (PDs), Backend Engineers, Business Development (BD), Marketing, and other stakeholders to align goals and execute projects.

Serve as the go-to expert for complex technical challenges and ensure the robustness of mobile applications.

What We Look For In You

Demonstrated logical thinking, good judgment, and a high level of drive.

Proven experience in managing teams and taking on leadership roles.

Strong technical expertise in mobile development, with a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem.

Excellent communication skills to align with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Familiarity with crypto/Web3 technologies (preferred but not required).

Backend development experience (nice to have).
