Job Description

• Define Ops requirements (SLA, exception handling, reconciliation needs, cut-off logic, operational controls)
• Validate that the system design supports BAU operations
• Design the future-state Ops processes
• Prepare Ops for go-live (SOPs, playbooks, readiness)
• Handle operational risk, regulatory compliance and service continuity implications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
• Minimum 10 years in banking operations
• Proven experience in remittance operations (local & cross-border)
• Strong knowledge of remittance systems and payment platforms
• Familiarity with SWIFT, CBPR+, MEPS+ and cross-border payment rails

Regulatory Knowledge

• Familiarity with MAS guidelines, AML/KYC, and operational risk frameworks
