VP, Sales Trader - Fixed Income & Structured Products

• Manage and develop relationships with a diverse client base, including retail, HNW, corporate and institutional clients.

• Provide market insights, investment ideas and trading solutions across Fixed Income and Structured Products.

• Facilitate and execute client transactions, ensuring efficient trade execution and coordination with internal stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the sales trading business.

• Monitor market developments, pricing trends and trading opportunities to support client engagement.

• Work closely with trading, structuring and other internal teams to deliver tailored solutions based on clients' investment objectives and risk profiles.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in sales trading, financial product sales, investment advisory or other client-facing roles within financial services.

• Good knowledge of both Fixed Income and Structured Products, including their features, pricing and associated risks.

• Strong communication, relationship management and commercial skills.

• Proactive, commercially driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.
