Job Description - VP/AVP, End User Collaborative Service (Engineering), Future Ready Technology, Group Technology

In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Role

As the End User Collaborative Services - Collaboration Engineer, you will support O365 and mobility services as part of a team focused on deploying AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining secure, scalable solutions within Microsoft 365 and its related platforms. You'll be tasked with designing, building, securing, and managing agentic AI solutions-including both native and custom Copilot Agents-that work with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, and external systems.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing change to collaborative service

• Responsible for performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning for collaborative service

• Provide on-going operations support including operating systems releases, upgrades, service pack installations, bug fixes, security updates and any system change activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including networking, security, and end-users to engineer solutions, resolve issue and deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.

• Develop policies, processes and procedures.

• Design, configure, and extend Copilot Agents (first-party and custom) and solutions using Copilot Studio / Agent Builder, including plugins, actions, knowledge sources, and connectors

• Integrate agents with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, Word, SharePoint/OneDrive), Microsoft Graph, and approved LLM endpoints; orchestrate workflows with Power Platform where appropriate

• Embed security-by-design aligned to security policies (e.g., identity, least privilege, data protection, sensitivity labels, and DLP)

• Coordinate with vendor/partner engineering on roadmaps, feature evaluations, and escalations

• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Provide ongoing technical support, identifying and resolving issues within Power Platform applications, workflows, and integrations to ensure smooth operations

• Other duties as may be delegated by the Manager or Team Lead from time to time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or similar) OR combination of relevant professional experience and education.

• At least 3 - 6 years of relevant technical experience in a demanding, agile environment.
Minimum 5 years of Microsoft Infrastructure deployment and support experience

• Experience building and deployment on Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams apps/bots, M365 Copilot and Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps)

• Copilot Studio / Agent Builder, custom connectors, and plugin/action development experience

• Experience with conducting research into emerging technologies and applying research to business; skilled in comprehensive testing of new technologies to ensure problem free deployment to users.

• Strength in PowerShell scripting / automation

• Excellent analytical, management and planning skills

• Knowledge of program and project management methodologies and tools; track record of success in managing IT projects; effective problem solving abilities; motivated to develop creative solutions to common processes or problems.

• Able to work independently and as a team

• Experience in working in banking environment is a plus

• Possess the verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.

• Strong vendor and stakeholder management

• Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/ conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills

• Candidates with the following certifications/ training will have an added advantage:

o PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals)

o AI-900 (Azure Al Fundamentals)

o APL-7008 (Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio)
