Responsibilities

• Lead the bank's efforts to form strategic alliances and partnerships with key property industry players
• Manage and develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with property agencies, real estate developers, and other relevant stakeholders
• Curate focused training programs and initiatives to upskill agents and drive lead conversion for the bank's home loan business
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strategic partnerships to acquire new customers
• Oversee the implementation and performance of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and product, to develop and execute partnership strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic alliances and partnerships
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Familiarity with the real estate and home loan industry, as well as the broader financial services landscape
