Responsibilities:
Responsible for CASA migration project management, with a focus on business and customer outcomes.
Be part of a team to plan, manage and execute the implementation of the new CASA system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and ensure accurate translation into functional specifications.
Partner with business stakeholders to define, challenge, and prioritise product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer outcomes.
Actively participate in UAT, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and timely resolution of defects.
Lead end-to-end change management, including impact assessment, stakeholder alignment, readiness tracking, and adoption strategy.
Develop and drive targeted communication strategies to clearly articulate system changes, impacts, and expectations to all stakeholders.
Oversee post-migration stabilisation, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to customers and operations.
A team player who collaborates and works effectively with other business/ support units, across various functions.
Support after-hours and weekend activities during key migration phases as required.
Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong operational knowledge, with understanding of end-to-end product life cycle.
Familiar with deposits/bank related processes, systems, regulatory and risk framework.
Ability to think strategically and implement effectively.
Able to work under timeline pressures and able to multi-task effectively.
Self-motivated team players and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
