Job Description

Responsibilities

• Originate banking and corporate solutions for businesses across the ASEAN markets, with a focus on family-owned groups, both listed and private
• Contribute to all tasks in the various phases of ideation, origination and execution - including and not limited to prospecting, pitch preparation, financial analysis, pitch book preparation, proposal preparation, financial solution structuring, project management and solution execution
• Conduct research, analyses, documentation and reports on selected family groups and companies
• Build, review and analyze financial models
• Develop and maintain banking relationships with client groups

Job Requirements

• Strong inter-personal skills with business acumen to maintain constructive discussions and relationships with strategic client groups
• Experience in originating and executing financial solutions (both debt and equity) for wholesale banking clients and family-owned groups in a OneBank solution concept
• Experience in client relationship management, credit analyses or audit or accounting or corporate banking will be helpful
• Experience with financial modelling and ease of building and using Excel worksheets will be an advantage
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Meticulous work with an attention to detail in work, writing and financial analysis;
• Strong sense of accountability with an inquisitive mind, good people skills, and high level of initiative to follow up on opportunities
• An independent worker who is reliable, responsive and highly adaptable to change
• A good Bachelor Degree from a recognized university.
