VP/Director Investor Relations

Description

Our client is a major private equity firm investing in Infrastructure in Asia. Due to continued business growth, it is seeking to hire a highly capable Investor Relations professional.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Global Head of Investor Relations, you will play a key role in driving and supporting investor relations function in building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective institutional investors, particularly LPs active in the infrastructure sector. Working closely with the global team, you will help achieve the firm's investor relations objectives and fundraising mandates. You will also lead the preparation of high-quality fundraising materials, DDQs, presentations and other investor communications, ensuring the firm deliver a best-in-class investor experience.

Requirements

With 6-10 years of Investor Relations experience in the Infrastructure space, you are highly collaborative, driven and adaptable. You thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment and comfortable wearing multiple hats, motivated by the opportunity to grow alongside the business.
