Warehouse Admin

1. Data entry

· Generate DN from in ERP system for all delivery and notify Transporter accurately and on time.

· Report and escalate all self collect & delivery that fail on due date .

2. Goods issue

· Perform good issue in ERP system for all delivery base on PGI date accurately and on time.

· Provide the packing list to order management team and warehouse team.

· Coordinate with COS and provide required Documentation ie COA , permit etc

3. Generate Picking list

· Coordinate and record regarding delivery note from order management and convert into shipment and picking list in ERP system accurately.

· Process and print the picking list for warehouse team on time.

· Coordinate with order management & warehouse team to process the changes related to picking list accurately

4. Sort and store documents

· Maintains appropriate filing of logistics and shipping documents.

5. Others

· Others task that assigned by superior.

6. Health, safety and environment

· Understanding and obey the essential principals of the safe working practices and procedures.

· Maintaining very high standards of housekeeping.

Requirements

· Minimum High School Graduate

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as admin

· Computer literate

· Self-motivated

· Interested in details and accuracy

· Able to work under pressure condition and speed

· Team player

· Hazard identification
