Warehouse Admin Executive (Food Production)

Our client is an international meat supplier, who breeds and supplies their own brand cattle. They specialize in the wholesale distribution of premium-quality meats sourced from around the globe, with a primary focus on North America and Japan. Their commitment to excellence extends beyond their own restaurants, as they also serve as the trusted meat wholesaler for numerous F&B partners across the industry.

Qualifications & experience

• Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Relevant experience in administration/ data entry is an added advantage
• No experience is welcomed to apply. Training will be provided.
• Comfortable to handle meat and pork
• Willing to work in cold environment (12-15°C)
• Responsible, good team player, and willing to learn

Tasks & responsibilities

• Attend to phone calls, messages, and emails enquiries.
• Order processing, issuing of Delivery Order, and invoicing.
• Data entry and filing.
• Provide administration support to operation departments.
• Clerical duties and general administrative support.
• Update daily sales records and customers’ sales records.
• Liaise with warehouse, production to monitor the stock level.
• Assist in basic production operations such as vacuum packing, labeling and inventory keeping.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assign.
