Warehouse Administrator (Up to $2700 / Joo koon / Tuas)

*** Convenient location - 3 mins walk from Joo Koon MRT. 

*** Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm office hour

*** Our client is in the luxury home furniture industry

Overview: Manage the efficient administration and operation of warehouse, office, delivery, and installation scheduling processes.

Duties:

Administration (in warehouse):

1. Stock Control: Verify product codes, descriptions, quantities, and conditions. Manage stock transfers, reconciliations, and movements.
2. Shipping: Monitor shipments, plan space with Warehouse Executive, review packing lists (P/L), issue Goods Received Notes (GRN), and manage claims.
3. Export Coordination: Act as the export hub, prepare packing lists/labels, and ensure proper container loading.
4. Goods Checking: Work with the Warehouse Executive to inspect incoming/outgoing goods.
5. Work Improvement: Review and implement efficiency improvements in warehouse processes.

Delivery and Installation scheduling:

1. Delivery Schedule: Plan and coordinate daily delivery/installation, including third-party vendors.
2. Delivery Orders (DO): Issue, return, sign, and post DOs; collect COD when needed.
3. Invoice Tracking: Collaborate with Project Coordinator to track and post P + V Project MSGP invoices.
4. Sales Monitoring: Track delivered sales figures for reporting.
