Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant manages sorting, routing, loading, and delivery of goods across storage locations. They maintain inventory, ensure quality standards, and support warehouse operations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat and organized warehouse and storage locations following best practice standards
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule and oversee monthly warehouse upkeep activities such as pest control
• Monitor and replenish warehouse supplies (e.g., cling film, cartons, tapes) and product inventory to ensure availability
• Assemble daily orders and shipments accurately according to invoices and purchase orders, handling cartons up to 25 kg
• Organize and restock storage locations, including the wholesale store at the main office, to maintain operational readiness
• Applying labels and packing samples as needed to support order preparation
• Organize product labels and packing materials to streamline packing processes
• Use the ERP system or other tools to perform inventory and warehousing tasks efficiently

Other Information

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (no overtime hours required)
