Warehouse Assistant

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, picked, and delivered efficiently. You will assist in maintaining accurate inventory, support logistics coordination, and contribute to smooth warehouse and event operations. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with good teamwork and time management skills to ensure operational efficiency and timely deliveries.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations: Handle receiving, picking, packing, and storing goods while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
2. Delivery & Logistics: Support timely delivery of goods to outlets/customers, including preparation, labeling, and safe loading/unloading.
3. Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock movements, report discrepancies, and assist in stock counts.
4. Operational & Event Support: Provide logistics support for events and assist with ad-hoc warehouse or operational duties as required.

Requirement:

• 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred (fresh graduates may also be considered). No experience is welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures such as receiving, picking, packing, and stock management.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks such as lifting or moving goods.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours or support events as required.
