Warehouse Assistant

Job Description

We arelooking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing,packing, and preparing goods for delivery while ensuring inventory accuracy andmaintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
• Check and verify items against delivery orders or invoices.
• Arrange and store products in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery or shipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain proper records of stock movement.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety regulations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Prior warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Basic communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work 6 days per week.

• 协助装卸货物。
• 进行库存盘点及库存检查。
• 维护库存进出记录。
• 保持仓库整洁，并确保工作环境符合安全标准。
• 向主管报告损坏、遗失或错误的货物。
• 遵守公司作业流程及工作场所安全规定。
• 完成管理层安排的其他临时工作。

任职要求

• 至少具备中学学历或同等学历。
• 具备仓库工作经验者优先考虑。
• 身体健康，能够搬运较重物品。
• 能够独立工作，也能与团队合作。
• 工作认真负责、守时，并具有学习意愿。
• 具备基本的沟通能力及组织能力。
• 能够每周工作 6 天。
