• Position: Warehouse Assistant

• Location: Ubi, near MRT

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$2,700 Monthly Basic Salary + Overtime, if applicable + 1-Month AWS payable in December, pro-rated for new hires + 14 Days Annual Leave, increasing to 18 Days from the 3rd year and 21 Days from the 7th year + Medical and Dental Benefits after confirmation

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify and label incoming materials and stock.

• Arrange materials systematically on racks, shelves and storage bins.

• Pick, pack and issue materials based on operational requirements.

• Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.

• Inspect stock for defects or damage and report issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s system.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety procedures.

• Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• NITEC or relevant qualification is advantageous.

• Prior warehouse or storekeeping experience.

• Basic computer literacy is required.

• Able to read and communicate in basic English to understand stock labels, system entries and workplace safety instructions.

• Responsible, organised and able to work well in a team.
