Warehouse Assistant

Job Description

· Meets warehouse operational standards.

· Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.

· Maintains inventory by conducting periodic physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.

· Perform all warehouse activities like receiving, sorting, picking, packing and releasing of goods.

· Maintain Healthy and Safety standards.

· Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.

· Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

· General assistance for customer requests.

· Reporting to the management of the company.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

· Forklift license is an advantage

· 1 to 2 working experience in Warehouse would be advantage.

· Physically fit (ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks)

· Good communication skills (Good level of English & Chinese is compulsory)

· Able to work as a team member as well as independently.

· Able to work odd hours where required.

· Skilled in using Microsoft 365.

· Willingness to continuously learn and improve product knowledge.

· Active use of company systems and commitment to continuously learn and improve IT competences.
