Warehouse Assistant Coordinator (1 Year Contract - Renewable)

The Warehouse Assistant Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that warehouse operations comply with safety and organizational standards.

• Assist in supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management by maintaining detailed records of stock levels, deliveries, and shipments.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies in stock levels.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and accessibility.
• Assist with training new warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety measures.
• Support the continuous improvement programs to enhance warehouse efficiency.

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or coordination role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
