Warehouse Assistant (Forklift Driver)

Basic information: 

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (rotating shift)
• Basic Salary will depend on experience 
• $15 night shift allowance
• Location: East
• AWS + VB (individual performance)

Job Scope: 

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Carry out loading and unloading of containers and incoming shipments.
• Transport and store materials or goods at designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct routine inspections of forklifts before and after operations to ensure serviceability.
• Adhere to workplace safety policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Heavy Forklift Operator License (certified to operate 5-ton and 16-ton forklifts).
• Willing to work overtime, rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or forklift driving is preferred.
• Experience in loading and unloading materials from trucks will be an added advantage.
• Good safety awareness, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
