Warehouse Assistant (Forklift License) / West x3 / Central x2

Descriptions: 

• Receive, storage and issue raw materials to production.
• Pack and return empty cassettes to supplies.
• Inspect own work, and process parameters are verified before starting work.
• Operate forklift / reach truck to transport goods and material.
• Ensure compliance to ISO & OHSAS Standard Operating Procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary School graduate or equivalent.
• Min 1 - 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing warehousing environment.
• Must have Forklift operation license and experience.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• General store administrative duties
• Back up duty as delivery driver in the event of driver’s absence 

Requirements:

• Min Nitec or GCE ‘O’ Level
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Minimum of 2 years proven working experience as a Warehouse Assistant
• Class 3 driving license will be of advantage.
