Warehouse Assistant/ Operation (Mon - Fri) - Hiring Now

Seeking a responsible, dependable, physically fit candidate with good organisation skills. This role involves managing warehouse operations, handling products, overseeing inventory, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties include:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods for quality.
• Unloading and unpacking incoming shipments, storing items
• Maintaining inventory records and assisting with stock replenishment
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders, labeling orders according to the delivery order or packing list.
• Safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Adhering to health and safety protocols and complying with warehouse procedures.
• Preparing delivery orders, invoices, and arranging deliveries.
• Performing ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Inventory Management, Logistics, or Engineering.
• Need to have basic knowledge on Microsoft Outlook 
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit for warehouse work.
• A valid Forklift license is preferred.
• Good in English; additional languages are beneficial.
