Working Location: Seletar, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, normal office hour + Overtime
Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable and 1 month completion bonus)
Allowance: Transport Allowance provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting Warehouse Supervisor in Receiving, Production Support, Shipping & Inventory Management.
- Receiving: Unloading, inspecting, receiving, sampling, and locating all incoming ingredients, packaging, and finished products.
- Production Support: Ensuring continuous supply of ingredients and packaging to production and filling lines, supporting shipping and receiving.
- Shipping: Inspecting, counting, and loading outbound shipments, completing paperwork, preparing shipment samples, bracing loads.
- Inventory Management: Performing cycle counts, reconciliations, monitoring inventory transactions, addressing inventory issues.
- Proper documentation/filing & goods receiving of delivered items to warehouse in the online system (QAD, HMM).
- Maintaining good housekeeping in the warehouse area using Lean system principles (e.g., 5S, FIFO, RCA).
- Strict compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements concerning Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum N/O level education or above
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Warehouse Assistant
- With valid forklift license
- Able to carry heavy load up to 25kg
- Computer literacy
- Ability to commit to overtime
- Comfortable working in a chemical environment
