Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
• Lead and motivate warehouse assistants, providing guidance and training.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain shipment accuracy and condition.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management, and prepare reports on warehouse activities.
