📑 The Role:

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will:

• Handle picking and packing of work orders accurately based on specifications.
• Conduct all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, sorting, QC, packing, and inventory counting.
• Manage container stuffing/unstuffing for goods receipt and shipment dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through precise shipment and stock transactions.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of stock in designated locations.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Perform monthly cycle counts and support stock management.
• Assist drivers as delivery support when required.
• Support the ESH sub-committee with safety and risk management.
• Stand by for duties on weekends and public holidays as needed.

🔍What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking candidates with:

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse processes and related IT systems.
• A valid forklift license (preferred).
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet KPIs.
• Strong organizational skills for managing inventory and operations.
• A commitment to workplace safety and equipment maintenance.
