RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding of daily functions, requirement of assigned core area (i.e. Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse).
• Ability to backfill/ cross deploy in area as required.
• Maintain accuracy of transactions related to material movement and inventory management in SAP.
• Understanding and perform material handling/storage process as per safety requirement.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Perform physical material movement/ relocation of materials as needed.
• Ability to detect problems and report information to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Ability to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE O Level in a relevant Science field or Equivalent.
• Physically fit as may need to handle heavy load (~70kg) at times in buddy system.
• 2-4+ years of structured work experience (preferably pharmaceutical experience or
• medically/hospital related field).
• Forklift licence & experience
• Understanding of cGMP regulations is preferable.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Tuas
• Working Days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
• Salary: Up to S$2700 Contract/Renewable + OT pay. (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
