Job Summary

Assist to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies or damages promptly
• Prepare and update all warehouse documents and system records in a timely manner to support operational accuracy
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to comply with workplace safety guidelines and regulations
• Coordinate with logistics partners and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Use and maintain warehouse equipment responsibly to ensure proper functionality and accountability of company assets
• Support peak operations, events, audits, and other ad-hoc tasks as required to meet business needs
• Perform any other job duties assigned by management to support overall warehouse functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of workplace safety and housekeeping practices is an added advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate willingness to learn new skills
