Job Summary

Join our team as a Warehouse PIV Driver in Pandan Ave, Singapore, to safely operate warehouse machinery, handle goods accurately, and support efficient warehouse operations under established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and powered industrial vehicles to move, store, and dispatch goods safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment
• Receive incoming goods, perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies against invoices, and report non-conforming materials
• Accurately sort, label, package, and store goods to optimize warehouse space and maintain inventory accuracy
• Pick, pack, and ship products using manual and automated equipment according to customer orders and specifications
• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards by using personal protective equipment, reporting hazards and incidents, and correcting hazards within your control
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and perform routine housekeeping and equipment care tasks to support operational efficiency
• Communicate effectively with team members and support teams to coordinate warehouse activities and improve processes
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, material flow, and employee development
• Collaborate with peers and skilled trades to identify and report equipment needing repair
• Demonstrate accountability by meeting commitments and achieving operational cycle times or engineering standards
• Adapt to changing business needs by performing additional duties as required to meet warehouse goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience meeting applicable regulations
• Certification to operate powered industrial vehicles such as reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet riders
• Licensing compliance for export controls or sanctions regulations, if applicable
• Minimum of 2 years’ forklift operating experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 kg and work in a warehouse environment
• Basic English literacy for reading and writing
• Familiarity with RF gun usage is preferred
• Some work experience or intermediate knowledge gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience
