Job Description - Warehouse Coordinator [Office Hours] - Rapid Progression

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assist in daily attendance, staff claim, any documentations.
  • Verify and submit employee’s overtime claim
  • Issue purchase order for warehouse and operation appliance
  • Submit PO for outsource / supplier claim.
  • Involve in yearly / monthly / daily stock take
  • Plan VAS activity and billing
  • Attend employee enquiry
  • Ad hoc 

Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Well verse with Microsoft Office
  • Well verse with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP)
