Warehouse Driver

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct deliveries to:
   • Forwarders' warehouses.
   • Customers’ warehouses.
   • Ports and terminals.
2. Perform valve inspections and manage deliveries at shipyards.
3. Maintain the company lorry, ensuring it is in safe and operational condition.
4. Prepare sales orders received from the office.
5. Ensure accurate preparation of documentation, including:
   • Delivery notes.
   • Commercial invoices.
   • Packing lists.
6. Attach documentation to shipments or forward it to clients via email.
7. Track delivery statuses and follow up on pending deliveries.
8. Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) from forwarders or boat lightering companies.
   1. Ensure proper packing for every delivery order, including assisting with packing and loading.
   2. Check orders prepared by warehouse staff and verify that the correct items are packed.
   3. Handle workshop-related tasks, including:
      • Sending and collecting items.
      • Ensuring accurate job orders are sent to the workshop.
      • Verifying the completion of workshop jobs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 Driving License (Mandatory).
• Malaysian driving license holders must have a valid Singapore permit.
• Experience in delivery operations, warehouse management, and handling logistics.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, particularly lorries.
• Familiarity with documentation processes, including preparation and email communication.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as packing, loading, and unloading goods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of orders and documentation.
• Basic computer literacy for managing delivery records and correspondence.
