Warehouse Executive (Changi)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist Warehouse Manager in running and overseeing the daily operations of Inbound Dept.
• Ensure department performance met the customer’s contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
• Manage daily operations, includes goods receipt, order administration, serviceable returns from customer
• Lead the Inbound Team to ensure that all goods receiving, returns, inspection, updating of system, and put-away activities are well coordinated.
• Liaise with the authority, purchasers, contractors, and end-user on enquiry of receipt, issue, loan, return related matters.
• Manage ad-hoc activities and exceptional cases, such as inventory discrepancy, returns, and invalid order.
• Compile and computing of monthly Receipt and Return Performance Reports.
• Ensure filing and documentations are completed in an efficient and systematically order for easy retrieval.
• Compile and compute data for management meeting with the authority.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with the safety regulation.
• Manage manpower distribution on activity-based requirement.
• Attend to monthly ROP checks by the authority.
• Provide on-job training to the warehouse staff.
• Perform Shift Duty Executive role to ensure Silent Hour Requests are attended to.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager
