Warehouse & Logistics Manager (SAP Implementation) - Dynamic Team

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with SAP experience and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry experience to oversee our warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and optimizing warehouse processes to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products. Candidate will also be part of the SAP implementation team.

Responsibilities and Duties  

Inventory Management:

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP software.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.

Internal Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities within the production facility, ensuring high accountability and accuracy of stocks movements.

Warehouse Operations:

• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize productivity and safety.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

SAP Expertise:

• Utilize SAP software for inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide training and support to warehouse staff as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Data cleansing for migration to SAP

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the warehouse operations.
• Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to achieve operational targets.

FMCG Experience:

• Understand the unique challenges and requirements of the FMCG industry, such as fast-paced operations, short shelf-life products, and seasonal demand fluctuations.
• Implement strategies to manage inventory turnover effectively and minimize product wastage.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and meet customer demands.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in SAP or other warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
