Warehouse Manager (3PL, Logistics) - Collaborative Environment

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

As a pivotal member of the management team, the Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in revenue generation by strategizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating sales and marketing activities for outdoor and indoor spaces. This key position involves overseeing the development and implementation of short- and long-term warehousing revenue plans, configuration, manpower, asset investment, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve output and quality goals efficiently and safely. The primary focus of the role is on managing client relationships to ensure outstanding operational performance and customer satisfaction, aligning with our succession planning strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations across three storage facilities, including indoor and outdoor areas, while leading a team of warehouse personnel.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards for local warehousing, transportation, and safety protocols.
• Direct warehouse activities through two primary teams focused on logistics, client interaction, and data management, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Collaborate with client representatives and internal departments to strategize workflows, address fluctuations, drive enhancements, and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement and oversee security measures to safeguard warehouse assets and operations effectively.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through physical audits, database reconciliation, and implementation of corrective measures as needed.
• Manage the upkeep of warehouse facilities and outdoor spaces, including layout planning, equipment inspections, and maintenance scheduling.
• Meet financial targets by managing billing processes, validating expenses, preparing annual budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing discrepancies, and taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Recruit, onboard, and train warehouse personnel while fostering job performance through coaching, feedback, disciplinary actions, monitoring, and performance evaluations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments through workshops, professional literature, networking, and association participation.
• Contribute to team initiatives by completing assigned tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Proven "business-to-business" sales OR operational experience in the logistics or supply chain management industry.
• Essential experience with Project Cargo and OOG shipments.
• Demonstrated success in developing sales plans and analyzing profitability, coupled with analytic skills to review financial and operational data.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to secure business wins.
• Capability to develop robust business relationships within all levels of organizations, including senior-level executives.
• Success in leading, motivating, and developing individuals and high-performance teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant applications.
