Warehouse Manager (Airfreight)

Our Client:

• 3PL MNC
• 5 Days, Office Hours
• Changi (Co tpt provided)
• UP $7500 Basic + AWS + Bonus 

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily inbound and outbound airfreight warehouse operations and manage team, ensuring efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate shipment records, and coordinate information with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders 
• Plan warehouse space, organize shipments, and handle inventory management
• Track warehouse KPIs for process optimization, customer relations, quality, asset utilization, and cost management 
• Ensure that MHE is well maintained to support efficient warehouse operations 
• Manage policies and procedures related to security, safety, and health requirements 
• Establish protocols for risk analysis, physical, and personnel security, access control, emergency response, and disaster recovery in warehouse operations 
• Oversee continuous improvement and change management initiatives for time, cost, and quality improvements 
• Monitor and appraise warehousing team performance based on the established KPI 

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent 
• Possess 5 years of managerial experience in airfreight warehousing operations 
• Lead Six Sigma qualification will be an added advantage
