Job Description:
- Manage and oversee three sites with a workforce of over 180 employees.
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure daily warehouse operations meet customer expectations and KPIs.
- Enforce process compliance and ensure budgetary control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement new strategies to enhance performance.
- Engage customers on commercial and operational scope of work.
- Maintain security and work safety measures.
- Ensure stock inventory accuracy and upkeep of storage areas.
- Handle quality PPM and drive yearly CIP commitments.
- Address any other business-related matters as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree holder.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience with proven track record.
- Qualification in warehouse operations and operations excellence preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of automation technologies.
