Warehouse Operation Manager (3PL) (West / WSH/ Basic up $7K) - Urgent Hire

Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operation Manager (WSH) to lead a team of warehouse & oversee day to day in warehousing daily operations. You prepare Non-Conformance (NC) reports to ensure closure Corrective Action. To review all aspects of safety, WSH, risk assessment and quality assurance. Lead incident investigations to identify root cause of incidents with detailed reporting. Report monthly HSE safety statistics reports to all stakeholders. To manage production planning and manpower effectively ensure targets are met.

What Will You Do

• To lead a team of warehouse & oversee day to day in warehousing daily operations
• To prepare Non-Conformance (NC) reports to ensure closure Corrective Action
• Review all aspects of safety, WSH, risk assessment and quality assurance
• Lead incident investigations to identify root cause of incidents with detailed reporting 
• Report monthly HSE safety statistics reports to all stakeholders
• Responsible to implementation of systems and constant work improvements
• To manage production planning and manpower effectively ensure targets are met.

What Do We Want

• Min Diploma & above in Supply Chain/ WSHO/ Logistics or equivalent 
• At least 5 years & above working experience in warehouse operation manger in 3PL 
• Proficient in WMS system
• Experience in people management & safety of WSH/HSE
• Possess a class 3 license and a vehicle will be an advantage
