Warehouse Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse team leaders, assistants in daily warehouse operations such as receiving, putaway, picking, packing & other value added services etc.
• Organise and maintain discipline in standard operational procedures
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with department supervisors to continuously improve fulfilment efficiency and accuracy
• Identify areas of improvement and implement process changes and work practice on ground and with HQ team
• Confer and coordinate daily activities, optimise manpower
• Establish and monitor warehouse security procedures and protocols
• Ensure daily housekeeping is always at optimal level for operational efficiency
• Participate in cost management for warehouse and manpower

Requirements

• 5.5 days work week
• Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant fields
• Forklift license and reach truck experience is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership qualities, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable with technology and digital devices.
  Job languages preferably English, Chinese (Mandarin)
