Job Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Commitment: Full Time

Working Location: Tuas

WorkingDay & Hours: Monday- Friday : 0830 Hours to 1730 Hours, Alternate Saturday: 0830 Hours to 1230Hours

SalaryRange: Up to $3,000

Job Description:

-Supervise & lead within the Department to achieve organisational goals in fulfilling customer’s satisfaction level.

-Assume responsibility as leaders for improvement projects.

-Liaise with clients for resolving operational issues.

-Provide guidance to junior staff(s)/new hires familiarisation in achieving warehouse operations target.

-Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.

-Planning of manpower, with cost implications in mind, to meet customer’s order demand.

-Cultivate and promote physical and mental well-being in the workplace.

-Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safety information to the Team.

-Monitoring employee performance and addressing performance issues.

-Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.

-Implementing process improvements to streamline operations.

-Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

-Reporting on warehouse performance and identifying areas for improvement.

-Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

-Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level

-3 to 5 years of relevant experience as warehouse supervisor

-Basic computer literacy (E.g. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)

-Good command of spoken and written English

-Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and good with teamwork
