Warehouse/Material Controller Boon Lay Up To $2500 5 days OT #5252 - Urgent Hire

Period: 1 year contract (Renewable/Convertible)

Location: Boon Lay

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (7:30am-5:15pm)

Salary: Up to $2600

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of consignment against purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient material handling and retrieval.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to prevent stock outs.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to resolve discrepancies, expedite deliveries, and manage returns.
• Prepare and maintain records of material transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production needs.
• Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC
• Willing to do OT
• Prefer warehouse/storekeeper experience.
