Summary:

Salary range: Basic up to $3000

Job Scope:

Ensure all repair orders are submitted within the timeline
Coordinate closely with workshop personnel regarding on warranty enquiries
Process all warranty claims and check for accuracy before send for validation
Track the Work in Progress status and update related departments
Provide documents during warranty dept external and internal audit
Assist Warranty Executive in handling warranty administrations duties and related matters

Job Requirements:

Experienced in relevant duties in automotive industry
Candidate with administration experienced in automotive is also welcome to apply. Training will be provided
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
