We Are Hiring Mystery Shoppers & Assessors!

Overview:
We are seeking Assessors and Mystery Shoppers to support our client's inspection services related to healthy lifestyle initiatives. This role involves carrying out scheduled inspections at various locations across Singapore, followed by the submission of structured audit reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments in accordance with client requirements.

• Complete standardised report templates and send them out after each assignment.

• Attend virtual briefing sessions to understand the scope, procedures, and reporting standards.

• Ensure all assignments are completed accurately and within the given timeline.

Assignment Details:

• Flexible working hours, but must commit to scheduled assignments at least one week in advance.

• Assignments are project-based, suitable for:

  • NSmen who have recently ORD

  • Students seeking flexible part-time work

  • Jobseekers in between jobs

  • Individuals looking to supplement their income

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N / O Levels or ITE qualification and above.

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

• Basic skills in MS Office / Google Sheets.

• IT-savvy with the use of smartphones for reporting.

• No prior experience required (training and guidance will be provided).

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Able to work independently and travel across Singapore.

• Only Singapore Citizens / PRs (due to security clearance requirements).

• Certain assignments may require background checks.
