Fresh Graduates / Career Switchers

• Starting remuneration: from $3,000 per month, with potential to reach up to $10,000 per month** during the onboarding phase
• Remuneration includes monthly allowance, commissions, and performance incentives
• Comprehensive training, mentorship, and structured support provided
• Most associates progress to $6,000 – $10,000 per month within 12–18 months based on performance

Experienced Sales / Client-Facing Professionals

• Potential earnings of $8,000 – $15,000+ per month** within the first year

Your Role

You will provide holistic financial advisory services to individuals and corporations, including:

• Wealth protection, accumulation, and legacy planning
• Life insurance and investment strategies
• Corporate Solutions and Employee benefits
• Risk management, mortgage structuring, and tax optimisation

You will be trained to operate as a Professional Wealth Advisor, not a product-focused salesperson.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum A-Levels, Diploma, or Degree holders
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, banking, consulting, or client-facing roles is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Self-motivated, disciplined, coachable, and results-driven
• Comfortable engaging people and committed to continuous personal growth
