Wealth Management Operations - Fees & Accruals

As a key member of our Wealth Management Operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our wealth management services to our clients. You'll also need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and provide excellent client service.
What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Processing and reconciling fees and accruals for our wealth management products
- Conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on fees and accruals-related matters
- Collaborating with other teams to implement process improvements and enhance client service
Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including wealth management products
