The Role

As the Web3 Public Relations Manager / Director, you will play a key role in developing and executing the company’s communication strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading social media management across various platforms, enhancing the brand’s online presence.
• Developing and executing marketing/public relations campaigns to highlight the company's advancements and achievements.
• Crafting engaging press releases and media pitches to secure coverage in key publications.
• Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Organizing and coordinating offline events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.
• Monitoring and analyzing media coverage to assess the effectiveness of Public Relations initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Overseeing crisis communication strategies and managing reputational risks.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to a small team of junior staff, fostering their professional growth.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform public strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Web3 and traditional media, with a background in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto, and DeFi technologies.
• Exceptional Public Relations skills and the ability to craft impactful content tailored to various audiences.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of successful public relations campaigns and media placements.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
