Wellness Services Manager

Onsite Health is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our growing team as a Wellness Services Manager.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong musculoskeletal background and experience leading healthcare services. The successful candidate will support business growth, patient wellness initiatives, staff development, and the ongoing improvement of clinical and operational standards across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Support the growth and development of the business
• Assist with marketing, patient retention, and community outreach initiatives
• Develop and improve clinic systems, processes, and SOPs
• Support patient wellness programs and the delivery of high-quality healthcare services
• Help train, mentor, and develop clinical staff
• Maintain and promote high standards of patient care and service delivery
• Assist with onboarding and operational support
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and patient outcomes
• Support the development of new healthcare and wellness services
• Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance patient outcomes and overall service quality
• Offer holistic client care and wellness support as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Requirements:
• Degree in Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), or a related healthcare field from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years' experience owning, managing, and operating a healthcare clinic, multidisciplinary practice, or wellness centre
• Strong musculoskeletal and rehabilitation background
• Additional certifications or postgraduate training in musculoskeletal care, rehabilitation, sports , manual therapy, or related fields preferred
• Experience training, mentoring, or supervising clinical staff
• Strong understanding of patient care, clinic operations, and healthcare service delivery
• Experience with business development, marketing, or growing healthcare services
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
