Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nTake on the role of Process owner and implement process improvement projects to achieve the best possible process cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.\n\nMaintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.\n\nManage new equipment qualification, liaise with maintenance until release of the tool to production.\n\nPlan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to Assistant Shift Process Engineers and Technicians.\n\nProvide training to Shift Engineers, Technicians to enhance their troubleshooting skills and equipment knowledge.\n\n Implementation and Review of FDC/APC setup for manufacturing tools.\n\nTranslates the requirements of Production and IE needs to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.\n\nParticipate in cost reduction projects to maintain cost efficiency\n\nParticipate to regular Equipment downtime pareto reports and analyzing for any chronic/repeated issues.\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\nDegree in Material Science/Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Physics/ Chemistry. 3 to 10 years experience. \n\nExperience in Wet Equipment process will be good. Other Tool type will still be considered.\n\nMust be able to work independently with minimum support\n\nStrong analytical \u0026 problem solving skills are required\n\nHas excellent interpersonal skills to teamwork within \u0026 with other departments.\n\nFamiliar with Microsoft office applications.\n\nGood knowledge in statistical tools, problem solving tools, FMEA and 8D\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
