Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nAct as process owner and implement process improvement projects to achieve the best possible process cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.\n\nMaintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and timely implementation of effective solutions. \n\nManage new equipment qualification and liaise with maintenance until the tool is released to production.\n\nPlan, organize and provide technical support and expertise on assigned tools to Assistant Shift Process Engineers and Technicians.\n\nProvide training to Shift Engineers, Technicians to strengthen troubleshooting capability and equipment knowledge.\n\nImplementation and review FDC/APC setups for manufacturing tools.\n\nTranslates the requirements of Production and IE needs to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.\n\nParticipate in cost reduction projects to improve cost efficiency\n\nReview equipment downtime pareto reports and perform analysis analyzing on chronic or recurring issues.\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\nDegree in Material Science/Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Physics/ Chemistry or a related discipline\n\n0 to 5 years of relevant experience. \n\nExperience in Wet Equipment / processes is an advantage\n\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision\n\nStrong analytical \u0026 problem solving skills\n\nExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.\n\nProficient in Microsoft office applications.\n\nGood knowledge of statistical tools, problem solving tools, FMEA and 8D.\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
