WICA Claims

Urgent requirement for an experienced WICA Claims Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end handling of WICA claims including assessment, negotiation, and settlement in accordance with policy terms, regulatory requirements, and delegated authority.
• Review medical reports, accident investigations, and support documentation to determine liability, compensation, and appropriate reserving strategies.
• Liaise with employers, injured employees, brokers, TPAs, lawyers, medical providers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient claims resolution.
• Monitor claim reserves, identify recovery opportunities, prepare claims reports, and analyse portfolio trends to support effective claims management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives while providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members where required.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Hands-on experience in processing WICA Claims.
• Required to have insurance certifications BCP, PGI and ComGI.
