WorkDay HR Shared Service, 12-month, Buona Vista - Hiring Fast

Job Scope: 

• Answers general questions and redirects misplaced calls
• Leverages procedures, policy manuals, knowledge databases, other reference materials, etc. to assist in answering Employee and Manager inquiries and resolving Employee and Manager HR challenges
• Guides HR Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service transactions 
• Executes select HR related transactions (e.g., data changes) or appropriately escalates issues as needed
• Inputs data into Workday to transact on customer requests
• Escalates Employee and Manager inquiries to HRConnect Manager if questions relate to Tier II Functional Specialists when specific, in-depth functional knowledge is required and if the case cannot be closed and requires further escalation. 
• Document all employee inquiries, issues, and transactions in case management tools as required
• Provide ideas and participates in continuous improvement workshops and projects as requested
• Participates in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 1+ years of general HR experience
• 3+ years of customer support, call center experience
• Familiarity with HR services / processes, HRIS (Workday, Time and Attendance and other HR systems)
• Written and oral communication skills 
• Attentive listening skills and customer service skills
• Good in interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Computer skills in Microsoft office software
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Additional Information: 

• Salary – Up to S$4.5K per month, with 1-month completion bonus
• Start Date: Immediate
• Working days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm
• Contract Duration: 12-month, with 1-month completion bonus
• Location: The Metropolis (Buona Vista MRT, Exit D, walking distance)
