Job Description - Workforce Scheduler - Get Hired Fast

We are looking to hire a persistent Workforce Scheduler to join our innovative team at TEAM INDUSTRIAL SERVICES ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Jurong East, West Region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the initiative to have a fully occupied and costed workforce.
  • Ensure the training requirements of the field service technicians are met in line with the training criteria.
  • Plan and organise using TRMS (centralised labour scheduling service) to all regions.
  • To co-ordinate all Team’s manning requirements in an efficient and cost effective manner to Team’s values. 
  • To communicate with Area Supervisors/Operations teams on a regular basis and ensure that their requirements are met in line with the Company aspirations. 
  • Ensure all technicians records and data as well as service line skills, job information, site inductions, qualifications, training information is maintained within TRMS. 
  • Management of the technician workforce to ensure the delivery of an operational fit for purpose technician ensuring all skills meet the requirements of the job. Arrange additional temporary labour to meet business demand by adopting Team policy and procedure at all times.
  • To manage all technician site inductions, training, medicals and site security clearance and ensure they are maintained within TRMS. 
  • Participate in call out rota to provide adequate out of hours cover to meet business needs. 
  • Support all visa and travel arrangements for APAC region (such as fill out all visa forms, creating appointments at visa centres, cover visa fees, booking hotels and tickets, etc.) 
  • Support Australian and New Zealand Clients Workforce Portals. 
  • Singaporean office admin support (related to all office maintenance).

 

Requirements

  • Completed ITE or O level
  • Experience in administration or customer service field (** Fresh graduate would also be considered **)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • A can do attitude to all tasks
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Proficiency at MS Office
