About the Role The Workplace Experience Coordinator is an integral part of Latham's Workplace Experience team. This role will be responsible for acting as an essential member of a team of customer-focused professionals to deliver a best-in-class experience to clients of the firm, whether remote or in-person, while cultivating a genuine and personal connection with all clients and creating a customized experience so they can work seamlessly, productively, and efficiently. This role will be located in our Singaporeoffice.
Responsibilities & Qualifications Other key responsibilities include:
- Providing best-in-class client service delivery that is timely, accurate, and seamless; demonstrating sound judgement and problem-solving acumen
- Evaluating, identifying, and implementing innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the Workplace Experience
- Consulting with clients to tailor requests to specifications; offering guidance in a poised and productive manner
- Acting as a resource person to Latham & Watkins employees regarding all aspects of facilities operations and accompanying services
- Consulting with current and potential customers to clarify conference requests; providing advice regarding services for audio visual equipment, and explaining services available

- Exhibit well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
- Display proficiency in MS Office and other technology platforms and resources
- Possess the ability to prioritize effectively and handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
- Can demonstrate adaptability and a proactive mindset. The Workplace Experience Coordinator should be prepared to take on additional actions, responsibilities, or tasks as needed to deliver best-in-class service. The scope of responsibilities may evolve based on business needs, making flexibility essential for success.
And have:
- Experience working in a similar role that demands first-class customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of foreign languages a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent
