Workplace Interior Designer/Interior Designer/Commercial Interior Designer

Our Client is a Singapore Interior Design company specializing in workplace/commercial office design. We are looking for an Interior Designer.

What you’ll be doing :

• Develop and deliver creative design solutions for assigned projects.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients in a clear and compelling manner
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials to support design proposals
• Support the design team throughout all project stages, from concept development to project completion
• Monitor and ensure design intent is maintained during site execution
• Provide strategic thinking, research, and analysis for project proposals
• Assist Senior Designer, Lead Designer, Associate Design Director, or Design Director in project assignments as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management team or immediate superior

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in corporate office interior design.
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or its equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology.
• Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills.
• Able to work as part of a team independently; work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiencies in SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, AutoCAD and MS Office are must haves
